A public URL that failed
If a public Instagram address did not return a file, write to [email protected]. Include the URL, the browser, and what the page showed. That is usually enough to replay the issue.
Copyright and takedown
Rights holders can mail [email protected] with “Copyright notice” in the subject. Name the material, explain your rights, and leave a way to reply.

Check these first
- Locked accounts and deleted posts cannot be fetched.
- Source media URLs expire. If a save dies mid-way, drop the Instagram URL again for a fresh path.
